Bike To Work Month
MAY
Bike to Work Month is an opportunity for campus community members to bike to campus and show their support for sustainable transportation alternatives. This event is part of a greater initiative by the Ottawa EnviroCentre to promote cycling in the city.
In 2010, the University of Ottawa became a bottled water free campus. We don’t sell bottled water on campus and bottled water is not served at our events.
Muggy Mondays promotes waste reduction and environmental sustainability! We offer FREE fair trade coffee, tea, and hot chocolate to anyone who brings a reusable mug!
RecycleMania- Feb to Apr
RecycleMania is a friendly competition between colleges and universities to encourage and inform their campus communities on how to recycle, reduce waste, and rethink consumption habits.
