A group of volunteers sit on a pile of donations

There are many ways that you can take action on creating a greener and more equitable campus. Take a look at the list of sustainability events on campus.

To access all the events related to the environment and sustainability in uoCal, a special filter has been added under themes. If an environmental event is available, click on the theme environment to view it.

Here are a few of our biggest events

In 2010, the University of Ottawa became a bottled water free campus. We don’t sell bottled water on campus and bottled water is not served at our events.

Community gardens

Gardens

The University of Ottawa community gardens bring us closer to each other, so we can work together as students, staff members and neighbours. In a sense, community gardens help us create long-term relationships and lasting friendships.
